What You'll Do:

As a Multi-Trailer Load Driver, you will plan, load and deliver to ATC dealers nationwide, ensuring a high-quality, on-time, complete, and compliant process each and every time.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Reviews driving schedule with Supervisor to plan deliveries, routes, etc. to ensure efficient, complete and on-time delivery for our clients.
  • Inspects truck and hauling trailers to ensure all meet safety specifications and are fully- operational prior to travel.
  • Loads and unloads multiple trailers following strict quality and safety practices.
  • Partners with the Shipping department to support the team and to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Submits receipts, inspection paperwork, etc. at the conclusion of each delivery to ensure appropriate disposition and billing.
  • Monitors and logs driving and work hours in compliance with DOT and business standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience required with a minimum of 2 years of transporting/delivery experience with large loads. Fork lift experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Certification(s): Class A CDL License required with a Solid Driving Record
  • Functional Skills: Strong skillset in planning, prioritizing, and organizing; thorough and able to follow instructions. Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail; solid problem-solving and logical application skills; able to work well within a structured environment; strong follow through.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Basic MS Office skills preferred.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Professional, self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team environment; prompt with a high sense of urgency. Able to multi-task; strong customer and team focus; collaborative and quality/safety-minded.
  • Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Other Important Information:

Pay/Salary: Guaranteed Base Pay with Incentives!

And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Shipping Manager

Core Hours: 10 hours of driving per day on full delivery days

Typical Work Week: Days off will vary based on delivery schedule; Work 45 hours a week on average

Direct Reports: N/A

Travel: 90% overnight travel
