What You'll Do:

As the Internal Supply Chain Auditor, you will research, audit, and enhance the flow of material within ATC's facilities to ensure processes are followed, systems are accurate, and any variances are corrected to provide top quality materials, on-time delivery, cost effectiveness, and production continuity.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Reviews and audits processes and materials to ensure accurate and compliant Supply Chain processes.
  • Identifies variances and establishes Corrective Actions to correct the situation and enhance the Supply Chain processes.
  • Works with the ATC team in a collaborative way to identify best practice solutions for the future, updating processes where applicable.
  • Sets up new parts and redacts unused parts from the system, as needed, to ensure accurate system data.
  • Partners with the management team to resolve discontinued/quarantined parts and their disposition.
  • Manages the ERP and KanBan systems to ensure accurate and up to date information and processes.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain or similar field preferred; will consider a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2 + years of sourcing, buying, or purchasing within a manufacturing, trailer, auto or RV industry preferred. Experience working within a mid to large company with many various parts and supplies required. Familiar with electronic KanBan systems would be a plus.
  • Certification(s): NA
  • Functional Skills: Proven ability to review, analyze, audit and create resolution on deviations is required; ability to follow trends, identify issues, and create solutions for more accurate and efficient processes; excellent organization and planning skills, with strong attention to detail; able to analyze and work with large amounts of data;
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel. Familiar with ERP systems, electronic KanBan and inventory systems.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and vendors.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Strong ability to work independently and make independent judgements; advanced ability to collaborate and create solutions within a team; able to manage through problems while maintaining professionalism; strong ability to listen, learn, and respond professionally; ability to influence others is key; proactive to ensure processes and problems are being managed well.

Other Important Information:

Pay/Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.

And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Sourcing Manager

Core Hours: 7:00 am 4:00 pm

Typical Work Week: M-F; occasional Saturdays (when applicable); typically, 40-45 hours a week on average

Direct Reports: n/a

Travel: Limited; Up to 10%

Work Conditions: Office environment
