What You'll Do:

As the Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design, plan, execute, and coordinate various sales, marketing, and digital activities to enhance the Company's brand, communications, and sales success.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Designs digital media campaigns and content, that are aligned to the Company's sales and marketing strategy, to drive business goals.
  • Coordinates and executes digital content and projects (i.e., website, blogs, social media posts/advertising, video, newsletters, email campaigns, and online display advertising), to drive related KPI's and return on investment.
  • Maintains and builds on the web presence to boost brand awareness on new products, services, and company highlights.
  • Creates technical communications, documents, advertising, and supports the quoting process to help build the brand and meet professional communication standards.
  • Supports the data entry and coordination of prospect profile information into the CRM system to ensure data is up to date.
  • Provides suggestions and implements new digital marketing strategies and enhanced processes to build the PPI brand and increase customers and sales.
  • Researches, coordinates and at times attends trade shows, lunch and learns, etc. to support the Sales team.
  • Monitors ROI and KPI's related to the marketing and sales strategy, taking corrective action to achieve the goals, where applicable.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or other related programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Digital Media/Marketing, establishing and managing KPI's and actions based on the Company Vision, website editing, and graphic design, with experience in writing professional communications. Will consider someone with a degree and previous internship or experience. Experience in helping a Company to grow through Digital Marketing is essential.
  • Certification(s): N/A
  • Functional Skills: Strong researching, analytical, setting priorities, project management, content building, and execution skills. Solid ability to multi-task and set priorities/actions based on KPI's and goals; excellent attention to details and time management. Excellent grammar and math skills.
  • Technology Aptitude/Skills: Solid Microsoft skillsets; Experience with front-end (HTML & CSS) web design and editing. Experience with Google Analytics, Ad-Words, and visual communication principals. Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Dreamweaver. Also, requires being familiar with and utilizing content management systems.
  • Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills. Able to create professional business communications and collaborate with others.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Creative, focused, assertive, and driven with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve better solutions; data-focused yet good with people; high sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. Other Important Information:

Pay/Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.

And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: CEO/ President

Core Hours: 8am 5pm, with additional hours as needed

Typical Work Week: M-F; occasional weekend work and overnights; 45-50 hours a week on average

Direct Reports: None

Travel: Approximately 10-20 % to customer locations/trade shows
