What You'll Do:

As the Patient Education Liaison, you will research, plan, provide information, and coordinate patient care from the initial inquiry through the customized treatment process, ensuring the best level of service and experience for each and every patient.

Your Accountabilities In The Role:

  1. Responds to all patient leads and calls promptly to provide the best of care experience.
  2. Listens to potential patient needs and provides information to qualify the patient for services and initiate next steps.
  3. Follows up with prospective patients on additional questions that they may have to move them toward a treatment plan.
  4. Gathers information from the patient and Center to schedule initial consultations.
  5. Connects with the patient throughout the process to ensure the very best of care.
  6. Follows up with the patient after the procedure on any open questions, feedback on services, and their status to ensure optimal success.
  7. Enters prospective patient/patient information into the CRM systems to follow the patient through the process and ensure accurate information for others.
  8. Coordinates marketing and social media administration to create/respond to leads and build the brand.
  9. Networks with other physicians in the area on related services to build the brand and client referrals.
  10. Creates processes and handles miscellaneous administrative activities to help support the team.

Position Requirements:

  1. Education: MA, C.N.A, PTA or similar degree preferred; will consider a combination of education and related healthcare, healthcare sales or service experience.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical spa (ie. Botox, esthetics, acupuncture, dermatology, etc.), or related healthcare sales and/or service experience.
  3. Certifications: n/a
  4. Functional Skills: Solid skills in researching, understanding needs, qualifying, planning, and coordinating patient care to provide the best level of service and information that will initiate treatments, while creating a "Wow" experience in the process. Able to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks in an orderly and timely way; excellent follow-through and goal-oriented. Excellent with setting priorities and getting things done promptly.
  5. Technology Skills: Solid ability with technology and systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
  6. Language Skills: Strong verbal and written skillset; able to present to others.
  7. Leadership/Behaviors: Passionate and caring about people is #1; is professional, assertive, outgoing, with a positive and optimistic viewpoint who is also a good listener, intuitive, and can influence others; high energy who takes initiative to move things forward; good with managing details in the CRM system; excellent with building relationships quickly; enjoys a changing work environment with lots of things to do; can work independently; able to think "big picture" and create a wonderful experience with every interaction creating success for patients and the business. Strong ability to be discrete with confidential information; able to be collaborative and resourceful for the patients and team. Advises on obstacles and makes recommendations on thoughtful options based on facts.

Other Important Information:

Position Status & Salary: Hourly Position with Commissions; Pay is commensurate with proven expertise and behavior skills that fit the position.

And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Doctor/Business Owner

Core Hours: Monday Friday typically; some Saturday work as needed with patient coordination; 8:00 5:00 pm typically; with a 40 45 hour work week on average

Travel: Limited travel

Work Conditions: Office and/or Home
