What You'll Do:

As the Escrow Sales Officer, you will plan, coordinate, promote and execute on Account Management and Sales activities to help exceed customer expectations and meet business goals.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Executes, manages and grows established and new accounts by implementing strategies, activities, and conducting periodic customer reviews to monitor sales activity/performance.
  • Maintains and develops relationships with current and potential customers during closings, events, and other business functions to continually enhance sales.
  • Markets, promotes and educates our benefits of service to lenders and customers to grow sales and meet business goals.
  • Plans, coordinates and/or attends events to network with the community and build our brand and market share.
  • Meets with clients and lenders, reviewing closing paperwork, as needed, in a comprehensive, concise, and courteous manner.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in the realty, mortgage, banking, or title industry preferred; will consider experience in other sales and/or customer service areas that are relevant.
  • Functional Skills: Strong planning, organizing and execution skills; strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills; excellent problem-solving skills and follow through skills to get things done well and on time. Strong account management and sales skills to maintain, support, and grow accounts.
  • Certifications: N/A
  • Technology Aptitude/Other: Solid PC and Microsoft skills
  • Language Skills: Advanced communication skills to present/provide information, instruction, and present documents well. Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Excellent results-oriented and customer-focus, collaborative, and team-focus; positive personality, and high energy / assertiveness to keep things moving is required. Likes change and meeting new people.
  • Culture of the area: Highly-driven, high-energy group based on time-sensitive projects and transactions; can work well within the team and independently.

Other Important Information:

Pay/Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.

  • And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Owner / Branch Manager

Core Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Typical Work Week: M-F; 40-45 hours a week on average

Direct Reports: None

Travel: 20-30%
